Groups of under 6 can stay outside the High Season and deduct 15%.
Book by 31/12/2010 for 2011 and deduct 10%.
Welcome Packs are provided with short term essentials.
Cheap weekly rental for a car at £140 and a mini-bus at £350.
Dalaman Airport return transfers by car (>3) at ~£85; by minivan (>6) at ~£110; by minibus (>14) at ~£130.
To book post a Booking Form with a 20% deposit and pay the balance 4 weeks before arrival. Pay by cheque or use the PayPal portal below to pay by Credit Card.
A damage deposit of £150 is returned 7 days after your return.
The rental start day and arrival and departure times are flexible and depend only upon other bookings.
A weekly clean is provided including fresh bedlinen and towels.
Our local agent will contact you and can arrange tours etc.
Villa Kadyanda has a 60 m2 Gym & Games Room with table tennis, darts, quoits, weights, a punchbag, cross-trainer, Nintendo Wii and surround sound theatre. There is also a bar area and a toilet & shower.
Villa Latona has a Games Terrace with table football, darts, quoits, a basketball hoop and a raised cushioned Kosk in the front garden.
The villas are under 2km from Uzumlu and 3km from each other which allows us to accommodate larger parties using both villas.
