Setting up and flying the kite - we will show you how to set up the gear, avoiding knots and tangles, to allow you to fly the kite safely.
Body Surfing - this exhilarating experience uses the power of the kite to pull you across the water. This is important to learn as it will help when you fall off while kite-surfing.
Harness Technique - the harness takes the strain off your arms and also helps when you need to recover the board.
Board Technique - it is important to be able to put the board on your feet, securely and quickly, to allow you to get up and start riding.
Kite-surfing - now you put together all the skills that you have learnt and experience the thrill of skimming along the water powered by the wind.

SAILING - 3 DAY COURSE AT £140

The course starts with a short introduction to sailing followed by instruction in rigging the sails, launching the boat, recovery from a capsize and general safety. After basic instruction a significant time is then spent in applying the techniques that you have learnt with professional guidance.

SCUBA DIVING - 4 DAY COURSE AT £240

The course is split into academic training to give you the basic principles and knowledge; confined-water training to teach you the basic skills of diving; open-water training that applies your mastery of the skills and to practise them in typical diving situations. The course is applied in 5 modules each with specific skill performance requirements to allow you to pass to the next level, modules can be repeated if necessary. After completing the course you will receive a Certificate and you will then be qualified to dive to 18m independently.
