OUTSIDE THE TURKEY HOLIDAY VILLA

One of the main features of Holiday Villa Kadyanda is the lovely illuminated private pool, this is surrounded by a large sun terrace with ample sun loungers and parasols. Throughout the summer there is a gentle cooling breeze that makes this terrace an idyllic place on which to relax. As the villa is located 500m above sea level the temperature is a few degrees below the coast resorts and the humidity is also lower which all makes for an ideal climate in mid-summer.

By the side of the terrace is a covered area with a large dining table, seating six, with incredible views across the Uzumlu plateau and this is close to a BBQ area to allow alfresco dining. Beside the entrance foyer is another terrace that can also be used as a breakfast patio or to simply relax on.

There are four furnished sun terraces outside the rooms. Two are outside the three double bedrooms that overlook the plateau from the first and second floors. Another is outside the twin bedroom that overlooks the mountain behind the villa and the fourth is a secluded terrace outside the basement Gym & Games Room.

Above and below the detached holiday villa are grassed areas with fruit trees and shrubs and there are plants arranged around the terraces. From the lower garden you can access the Gym/Games Room through patio doors on the sun terrace. There is a private, two car, park close to the entrance foyer that also leads into the front garden. The pool and the gardens are maintained regularly by our groundsman.
